Treasury Services Analyst
JLL is seeking a Treasury Services Analyst to join our team in Westmont, IL. The Analyst will beresponsible for corporate paymentprocessing, client bank account opening, and other functions that relate to maintaining client bank accounts.
Job Responsibilities
Process corporate wire transfers
Assist with opening, closing, and maintaining client bank accounts at various banks in North America
Provide customer service for internal staff and clients related to client bank accounts
Work with various banks to obtain information for client bank accounts
Administer user setups in various online banking portals
Perform various other duties as assigned by supervisor and manager
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Partner with site staff and accountant as necessary to facilitate bank relationships for multiple clients
Work independently to prioritize work in order to meet deadlines
Demonstrate willingness and ability to accept responsibility
Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills
Exhibit flexibility in completion of job responsibilities as priorities change
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail Oriented
Team Player
Ability to work overtime when required
Qualifications
High School degree
Data Entry experience
College degree desirable with some Accounting coursework
MS Excel experience desirable
Bank and / or Treasury Management experience
