About the Job
JLM Environmental is seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) . While having the CSST certification is advantageous, JLM Environmental is committed to fostering professional growth and providing opportunities for individuals to develop their expertise within the Environmental Consulting field.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough surveys of clients' properties, following established sampling procedures.
- Perform environmental hazard surveys for asbestos, lead, mold, radon, fire and smoke byproducts, methamphetamine residue, and VOCs (includes visual inspections and proper sampling techniques).
- Accurately complete a Chain-of-Custody (COC) form for each inspection (some jobs may need multiple forms).
- Prepare detailed inspection reports with notes on materials, their locations, quantities, and other necessary info.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by confidently addressing clients' questions and concerns with respect and expertise.
- Perform inspections promptly (including drive-time) to keep scheduled appointments.
