The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications. Key Responsibilities:
- Update logs and maintain records- Manage and organize mailing and filing systems- Provide administrative support to the team- Assist in HR, Accounting & Payroll activities as needed- Respond to employee requests for information and assistance- Maintain the cost system and provide required reports- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner- Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks from management staff
