KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS
- Review completion of commissioning test results submitted by subcontractors, vendors and
internal commissioning and quality teams against test procedures - Verify test results are ready to be compiled into a test report for a specific area of the project along with the identified open items
- Create a process to get test reports for submission to the client and/or for subsystem handover to different testing parties
- Develop, and execute a test report compilation process until it can be fully or partially handled by a non-technical employee
- Review subcontractors, vendors and internal test procedures before submission to the client
- Develop internal test procedures and plans
- Audit system and sub-system completions, report findings and make recommendations for solving identified areas of concern
- Understand, direct, coordinate leading punch list walk downs, meetings and punch list close out
- Review engineering drawings, turnover, pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures to confirm appropriate provisions have been established for testing and other functions related to facility completion
- Work with experienced completion commissioning and start up personnel engaged in pre commissioning, commissioning, testing and operations activities
- Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines
- Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks from management staff
- Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards

Compensation: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
