Our office in the Bronx is a fast-paced and lively environment looking to fill an open clerical position.
We have an open position for a clerical assistant/receptionist. This person will be responsible for answering calls, directing messages to the correct party, creating purchase and work orders, and other ad hoc support. We are seeking experienced applicants that can work in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate in English and Spanish.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to speak Spanish and English
- Manage time and organize schedules effectively
- High school diploma or greater
- Ability to travel to office on time 5 days a week
- Work authorization
