RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Generation
- a. Develop and execute marketing strategies specifically aimed at capturing high-quality leads. b. Manage lead funnels and collaborate closely with the sales team to nurture leads effectively from initial interest to customer conversion.
Email & Social Media Campaign Management
- a. Develop, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns and social media initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Content Creation
- a. Create engaging, relevant content tailored to residential construction and historical renovation. b. Manage and produce regular posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, ensuring brand consistency and strong audience engagement.
Social Media Management
- a. Schedule and manage social media posts across platforms.
- b. Proactively respond to messages, comments, and engage with followers to build strong community relationships.
Analytics & Reporting
- a. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, social media metrics, and leads generated.
- b. Provide reasonable insights and recommendations to continually improve marketing effectiveness.
Administrative & Brand Support
- a. Coordinate and order branded items, including business cards, signage for job sites, and merchandise.
- b. Plan and manage company events, ensuring strong brand representation and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, or related field) or equivalent relevant experience.
- Previous experience managing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics) preferred.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project management abilities.
- Creative thinker who can generate fresh ideas while aligning with brand guidelines.
- Experience with construction industry marketing is a plus, but not required. .
Compensation:
- $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience
