Project Manager / Implementation Specialist – SaaS Salesforce
Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire (Hybrid – must be able to commute to the office a couple of times a week)

We are looking for a customer-focused, technically adept individual to deliver software implementation projects across North America. This role offers the chance to take ownership of end-to-end implementations, ensuring customers receive the best experience while collaborating with both UK and US teams.
You will report directly to the Head of Onboarding in the UK, who will provide clear guidance, training, and ongoing support. While our UK team will guide you through processes, you will also have US-based colleagues in different departments to support you within your timezone. You won't be alone—we operate as a global, collaborative team.
This is a high-impact role with growth potential, offering the opportunity to own North American projects, influence our US team, and contribute to the scaling of our business in North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple customer implementation projects across North America, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Report to the Head of Onboarding in the UK, following established processes with full training and ongoing guidance.
- Work closely with the UK onboarding team to align on project goals, strategy, and execution.
- Collaborate with US-based colleagues for local support and coordination.
- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring they align with customer requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies to drive successful outcomes.
- Oversee customer onboarding, including system configuration, data migration, and troubleshooting.
- Deliver training sessions to ensure customers successfully adopt and utilize our software.
- Be proactive in project management, making informed decisions and keeping momentum, especially when the UK team is offline.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and optimize the implementation experience.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews, gathering feedback to enhance future projects.
- Provide technical guidance where required, ensuring customers maximize the value of the platform.
What We’re Looking ForEssential Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for someone who can own the implementation process in North America, balancing project management and hands-on technical implementation while collaborating with a growing team.
- Experience in project management or implementation consulting, ideally in SaaS, CRM, or enterprise software.
- Salesforce experience is highly advantageous—Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
- Strong ability to drive projects forward independently, while following UK-led processes and receiving guidance from the UK onboarding team.
- Excellent customer-facing skills, with the confidence to lead client discussions and training sessions.
- Experience with software configuration, system troubleshooting, or data migration.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable steps for customers.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, able to take ownership of challenges and find effective solutions.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Based near Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and able to commute to the office a couple of times a week (flexibility offered once fully trained).
Bonus Skills
- Salesforce CRM implementation or administration experience.
- Previous experience working with UK-based teams or in a distributed company structure.
