What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mechanical Foreman position at JM Davidson, Inc?
In the role of Mechanical Foreman you will supervise, and coordinate activities of workers engaged in fabricating, assembling, installing and maintaining piping, fixtures and equipment for gas, steam, hot water, fire sprinkler system and industrial processing systems.
Responsilbities include but are not limited to:
- Inspect processing systems to determine conformance to specifications
- Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned craft workers.
- Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders.
- Establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedule.
- Maintain time records and ensure crew time is accurate and submitted on time.
- Supervise workers engaged in maintenance and repair work.
- Analyze and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with management team to ensure project follows schedule.
- Coach employees on proper work techniques.
- Adhere to all safety rules.
- Various other duties.
- Experienced in Microsoft office
- Valid Drivers License
- Basic Orientation
- Must pass pre employment physical and drug screen
- Pay DOE
There is no perdiem for this job.
