Position Summary
This position is entry level with training provided by Natrium Products. Operators should have problem solving skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
After completing training, it is expected that the operator will be capable of performing the tasks required to make baking soda.
During training, the work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 : 00AM - 4 : 30PM. After completing training, the schedule is 6 : 30 to 6 : 30, 3 days week 1 (36 hours), 4 days week 2 (48 hours).
Shifts : Day & Night (12 Hour Shifts), 3 & 4 Days a week rotating schedule.
Compensation :
- Starting Pay : $21.00 / hour
- Pay upon successful completion of training and is put on 12 hours shifts increases to $23.00 / hour.

Specialized / Technical Knowledge or Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Reliable source of transportation to and from work each day.
