Position Summary
The Senior Financial Systems Analyst (OneStream) will primarily be responsible for maintaining and developing applications required to support OneStream (OS) and its many users. This position will be highly visible across the Corporate Finance team, as well as multiple departments and business units. This position will also be responsible for collaborating with individual teams to develop and enhance current OS reporting.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily administration of OS environment as well as ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and controls
- Perform / assist with OS application build tasks and activities (Dashboard, Transformation Rules, Workflows, Business Rules, Data Adapter changes, etc.)
- Create new tools / reports (Cube Views and Dashboards) for Finance management to address specific business needs
- Support the addition and maintenance of users via Security provisioning
- Assist with the development of system documentation as required
- Consult and collaborate with Accounting / Finance department to identify opportunities for process improvements in OS and develop a plan to implement
- Assist Accounting / Finance teams during month end close and forecasting / budgeting cycles
- Prepares data sets, statistical reports, and computer applications to support financial analysis work
- Manage multiple large, high priority and complex projects
- Assist with OS Account Reconciliation module administration and OS user training
- Assist with the integration of M&A activity within OS
- Other duties as assigned, such as, but not limited to supporting the administration of other finance systems such as Oracle, Toppan Merrill application and other finance applications in use
