Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and service heating, cooling, and plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Offer technically sound repair and replacement options when appropriate, ensuring the customer has the knowledge to make an informed decision—without pressure.
- Perform routine maintenance and system checks to maximize efficiency and prevent future issues.
- Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to customers, always prioritizing education and options over sales.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, diagnostics, and work completed.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, products, and best practices.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times.
- 3 years of hands-on service experience running HVAC or plumbing calls independently.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
- A service-first mindset – customers trust us to be their expert, and to be informed of their options, not a quota driven salesperson.
- Experience using ServiceTitan or similar service management software is a plus.
- A team player with high integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to doing what’s right for the customer.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
