Thriving International Restaurant Group is looking for an Assistant Director of Operations for a new restaurant opening in Miami, FL

Qualifications:

  • Must know Miami Market
  • Opening experience is preferred
  • 2 years of tenure in each role
  • Experience with upscale and high volume restaurant group
  • Nightlight experience is a plus
  • Must be fluent in Spanish

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all FOH & BOH operations for large restaurant opening
  • P&L
  • Staff training
  • Guest relations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
