Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Oversee budgeting processes, including cost control measures, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate banquet services and special events, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering processes to ensure adequate stock while minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop seasonal menus that align with customer preferences and trends.
