New Yacht Club concept is looking for a Restaurant GM to open new lakeside concept in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of prior F&B Manager
- Private club/ hotel pool experience a plus
- Opening experience a plus
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure that the restaurant is adequately stocked.
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared to the highest standards and that the restaurant maintains cleanliness and safety standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
