Thriving International Restaurant Group is looking for a Sommelier for a new restaurant opening in Miami, FL

Qualifications:

  • Must know Miami Market
  • Opening experience is preferred
  • 2 years of tenure in each role
  • Experience with upscale and high volume restaurant group or hotel
  • Must have wine knowledge

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all wine operations for large restaurant opening
  • Management of all Sommeliers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
