Thriving International Restaurant Group is looking for a Production Sous Chef for a new restaurant opening in Miami, FL
Qualifications:
- Prior production chef experience
- Needs to be able to handle volume of food production, stock, bases, sofritos, cold sauces like dressings, marinates
- Great knife skills
- Organization of daily production, ordering of items need it for the projects to do, cleanliness skills for the coolers as well good organization of these.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of 3 for all food production needs
- Staff meal
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
