Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of accounting principles, including IFRS and GAAP. As a Controller, you will play a critical role in strategic planning, forecasting, and the overall financial management of the organization.

Duties

• Manage all aspects of corporate accounting, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and GAAP standards in all financial reporting.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation.
• Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Develop financial forecasts to guide strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that support business objectives.
• Lead budgeting processes and monitor departmental spending against budgets.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial management or corporate accounting roles.
• Proficiency in using accounting software.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles, including account analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
