Responsibilities Include:
· Vendor Purchasing
· Planning/Coordinating deliverables to multiple job sites
· Order Tracking
· Assist upper management with various duties
· Customer Service to Vendors
*Knowledge of the HVAC industry preferred
*Responsibilities my expand according to ability and work load
Job Skills :
· Must be proficient in Excel & creating spreadsheets
· Proficient in Microsoft excel, Word, and 10 key.
· Efficient and Detail Oriented
· Great Organizational skills
· Work well under stressful deadlines
· Team player
· Excellent communication skills
Schedule and Benefits
Full time permanent position. Work days will be Monday through Friday. 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an hour lunch. Wage depending on experience.
Benefits: Health Insurance after 90 days.
