Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set in various trades, including electrical work, cabinet installation, and construction management. This role requires hands-on experience and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Estimate construction costs and materials for projects, providing accurate assessments.
• Install cabinets and fixtures with precision and attention to detail.
• Conduct plumbing tasks, including installation and repair of pipes and fixtures.
• Execute trim carpentry work, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of spaces.
• Manage construction projects from start to finish, coordinating with other trades as necessary.
• Finish concrete surfaces and form concrete structures according to specifications.
• Fabricate custom components as needed for various projects.
• Restore existing structures or features to maintain quality and functionality.

Experience

• Proven experience in multiple trades, including but not limited to electrical work, cabinet installation, plumbing, trim carpentry, concrete finishing, concrete forming, fabrication, and restoration.
• Strong understanding of construction management principles is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Pay: From $9.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 32 per week
