At JM Test Systems, our technicians are trusted professionals who repair, clean, calibrate, and certify test instruments and related equipment. They apply precise measurement procedures and take corrective actions to resolve any identified issues. In the electrical field, technicians also perform dielectric testing, inspections, and equipment cleaning to ensure protective integrity. Additionally, they test and certify Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) using industry-standard procedures to ensure safety and compliance.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
Qualifications:
- Travel is required for this position.
- Previous mechanical or technical experience is preferred, but not required – we provide full training!
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
- Comfortable using and operating test equipment and lab standards in electrical and/or mechanical disciplines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with basic computer and software applications.
- Ability to read and follow detailed testing procedures accurately.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor and dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
