- Process and track customer quotes, ensuringaccuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with customers and sales representatives to determine quotation requirements.
- Gather and verify all necessary information for quote preparation.
- Follow up on outstanding quotations to secure orders and improve processes.
- Maintain and update customer account details, including billing and shipping information.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Generate weekly reports using the Quote Log to support management decisions.
- Collaborate with technical specialists and management to assess service capabilities.
- Continuously seek improvements in the quoting process.
