What You'll Do :
Develop new business while managing and expanding existing client relationships.
Promote and sell calibration, electrical services, and test equipment.
Identify sales opportunities and set clear revenue goals.
Conduct client meetings, assess needs, and recommend tailored solutions.
Research and develop leads to expand market reach.
Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
What You Bring :
5 years of experience in instrumentation, controls, electrical, mechanical, or industrial sales.
Progressive sales experience, preferably selling to pipeline, midstream, refineries, manufacturers, or chemical plants.
Background in a service-based business is highly preferred.
Experience selling Calibration and Rental is a plus (not required but strongly preferred).
Knowledge of calibration, test instruments, and electrical services is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and consultative sales skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Valid driver's license with a clean record (TWIC certification preferred or required upon hire).
Willingness to travel frequently, including long drives and on-site customer visits.
Work Environment & PhysicalRequirements :
Frequent travel to customer sites, including manufacturing plants and labs.
Combination of office and field work with varied environments.
Ability to lift and transport equipment (up to 50 lbs.).
Adherence to safety protocols and plant security requirements.
