Responsibilities :
- Receive materials, products, and supplies, and accurately enter them into the Sage accounting system.
- Provide Accounts Payable with proper documentation for invoice matching.
- Label, stock, and organize incoming inventory.
- Process purchase order requisitions and distribute inventory to designated areas.
- Perform regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and communicate adjustments to the Assistant Purchasing Manager.
