What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at JMA Outreach Solutions?
JMA Outreach Solutions is an industry leader in providing customizable borrower outreach services ranging from letter deliveries to call center services, mobile notary services, loss mitigation strategies, and much more.
We are looking for a dedicated individual with strong communication and multi-tasking skills to be a part of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls in a professional manner and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel/department
- Monitor visitors' access and issue visitor passes
- Data entry
- Maintaining organized work station
Requirements/Skills:
- Must be available weekdays between 9AM to 6PM
- Must be dependable and punctual
- High School Diploma required
