We are Tropical Grille, a fast-casual restaurant with Cuban-inspired cuisine that is rapidly growing in the Upstate and beyond!
We are currently recruiting Front of House (Guest service, cashiering, and food assembly) team members for our location. Pay rates are competitive and generous for qualified candidates. Employees receive tip share on top of their hourly pay and all full-time employees can enroll in healthcare if desired. Scheduling is flexible and can accommodate a wide variety of part-time or full-time availability.
Candidates for the FOH must have a positive and professional attitude, high energy level, and strong attention to detail. We are looking for “people people” who have excellent communication and customer service skills and enjoy interacting with the public. Reliable transportation to and from work is also a must.
