JMA Solutions, a leading government contractor for the Federal Aviation Administration, has a full-time opportunity for a Special Project/Program Manager located in Oklahoma City, OK. This position will manage multiple large, high-visibility programs for services- based and/or product-line-based segments of an FAA Logistics Center customer’s business. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating resources, developing deliverables, and aligning program objectives with organizational strategies. This role requires expertise in logistics, supply chain fulfillment, acquisition, software/hardware development, engineering, and provisioning.
Duties includes:
- Lead and manage multiple programs with responsibility for budget, schedule, and quality of deliverables.
- Coordinate with management and teams on resource allocation to support program objectives.
- Develop, prepare, and maintain project/program deliverables.
- Monitor program status and provide recommendations for adjustments to budgets and resource allocations.
- Communicate program objectives and progress with management, employees, and customers.
- Provide leadership for Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Service Level Teams (SLTs).
- Establish budgets and service order agreements while ensuring compliance with franchise fund rules and appropriation law.
- Identify and resolve challenges that cross organizational boundaries and impact strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with managers to acquire and allocate resources within established schedules and budgets.
- Develop and deliver briefings to internal and external stakeholders on program status, costs, and schedule.
- Create and implement policies, procedures, and approaches in alignment with FAA and government-wide regulations.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
At least 8 years of relevant experience in program management or a related field.
Proven leadership in managing large-scale programs, including budget oversight and resource allocation.
Knowledge of FAA policies, logistics, and supply chain management.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment and lead cross-functional teams.
Experience with SCRUM/Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
Ability to travel as required by the program.
