JMA Solutions, a leading government contractor for the Federal Aviation Administration, has a full-time opportunity for a Task Lead/Technical Project Manager providing project management support for the National Airspace System (NAS) in Oklahoma City, OK. This position ensures that all tasks outlined in the statement of work are performed efficiently, accurately, on time, and in compliance with requirements. The role requires accounting and technical experience, along with experience leading government contract teams in complex, time-critical environments. Familiarity with accounting systems such as Delphi, REGIS, PRISM, and DFAS is required.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Participate in a TO Kick-Off meeting between the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), COR, and Contractor to review SOW requirements and understand the scope of work. Provide meeting minutes and action items.
- Prepare a Monthly Status Report (MSR) documenting the activities of the previous month, identifying current and anticipated risks and mitigation strategies, and outlining planned activities for the following month.
- Provide a Monthly Financial Report (MFR) summarizing the financial status, including a breakdown of expenditures by resource and cumulative totals for the performance period.
- Pull Delphi reports to analyze and reconcile funding based on financial data and/or correspondence with external organizations.
- Develop a transition Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), staffing recommendations, and details on training requirements, work plans, procedures, and quality control policies.
- Collaborate with the Government to conduct a joint inventory of Government Furnished Property (GFP) and submit a detailed Transition-In Joint Inventory Report.
- Coordinate the establishment of organizational reimbursable agreements with external customers within the Treasury-G Invoicing system, FAA Projects Toolset, and/or Delphi.
- Identify reimbursable projects ready for close-out.
- Maintain and provide all supporting documentation for financial and technical projects.
- Communicate with internal and external customers to validate expenditures from Delphi, Tableau, and Smartsheet, and prepare necessary paperwork before invoicing through DFAS.
- Participate in external Program Management Reviews (PMRs) with NDP personnel and other stakeholders, developing and delivering briefings, and providing meeting minutes/action items.
- Develop Integrated Business Services team Standard Operating Procedures.
- Through direct reports, support various program areas with tasks such as budget tracking, US Bank reconciliation, E2 review, and purchase request (PR) development in PRISM.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent is required.
- Experience working with multi-organizational reimbursable agreements and associated documentation.
- Excellent Excel skills are highly recommended.
- Ability to maintain Secret Security Clearance.
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Ability to successfully obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, science, or a related discipline. Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience.
