JMA has multiple openings for Operator I on 1st and 2nd Shifts at our Liverpool, NY location for full-time Temporary work.
\n- Solder assembly (pin and through hole) of antenna products; including clip to board, dipole, radiator assembly and pin soldering.
- Solder assembly (resistance and component) of antenna products; including cable to circuit board, cable to transition clip, wiper assembly solder.
- Ensuring that the quality of the products they handle are within optimal condition.
- Operator must be flexible, and remain productive in a high pace production environment.
- Operators must meet and/or exceed production standards for throughput and first pass yield
- Follow Q&EMS Policies, Procedures and Instructions
- Assist JMA in minimizing its impact on the environment and preventing pollution through recycling efforts defined in the waste management programs and ensuring chemicals are managed in a manner that prevents spills.

- Mechanical assembly experience in manufacturing production environment
- Solder assembly experience, minimum 1 year in manufacturing environment
- Solder Certifications, J-STD-001, IPC-A-610/620 certification programs
- Ability to sit, stand, and lift up to 30 lbs
- 1st Shift Hours are Mondays - Thursdays either 5 am - 3:30 pm OR 5:30 am - 4pm
- 2nd Shift Hours are Mondays - Thursdays either 3:30 pm - 2 am OR 4 pm - 2:30 am
