Language Enabled Analyst
Location: Fort Shafter, HI
Clearance Required: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Language Enabled Analyst to join our team at Fort Shafter, HI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in signals intelligence (SIGINT) analysis, language proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) or Tagalog, and experience working in a multi-skilled team environment. This position requires expertise in intelligence tools, methodologies, and policy, with the ability to integrate tactical and strategic intelligence into operational products.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct SIGINT analysis and reporting in a collaborative, multi-skilled team environment.
- Utilize DoD intelligence tools, methodologies, and policies to produce high-quality intelligence assessments.
- Apply knowledge of SIGINT concepts, operations, and tasking procedures to enhance mission objectives.
- Provide linguistic expertise, demonstrating a DLPT/ILR score of 2 or higher in Listening and Reading or an ACTFL Advanced Low proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) or Tagalog.
- Synchronize tactical and strategic intelligence, tailoring products for various stakeholders.
- Support shift work operations as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in language-enabled intelligence analysis.
- 3 years of experience working in a multi-skilled team environment supporting SIGINT analysis and reporting.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph (must be current).
- Strong understanding of DoD intelligence tools, regulations, and policies.
- Knowledge of SIGINT principles, sub-disciplines, and operations.
- Educational requirements (one of the following):
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
- Associate’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience.
- HS diploma/GED and 9 years of relevant experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with INDOPACOM intelligence problem sets.
- Background in Cyber, Air, Naval, or Space intelligence domains.
- Strong knowledge of intelligence operations and the ability to draft expert assessments across domains.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree a plus.
- Completion of a credentialing Service School, such as:
- Army MOS 35P
- Air Force AFSC 1N3
- Intelligence Community (IC) tradecraft-recognized SIGINT analyst certification course
