Job Summary:
This position is an integral part of a team supporting the USCENTCOM J2 with a variety of consolidated intelligence analysis and support activities. The contractor will be responsible for providing all-source intelligence analysis, reporting, intelligence operations, international intelligence engagements, exercises, ISR synchronization, and intelligence planning. Additionally, the role includes IT support, facilities management, training, and Special Security Office (SSO) support. The contractor will ensure the safeguarding of Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and SCIFs by providing security escort support for custodial and uncleared workers within USCENTCOM's Top Secret (TS)/SCI offices and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Collection & Analysis:
Collect and analyze intelligence data from multiple sources, including open-source, classified, and unclassified materials.
Utilize intelligence tools, databases, and analytical techniques to identify key trends, patterns, and emerging threats.Intelligence Production:
Produce high-quality intelligence reports, assessments, and briefings for senior leadership, decision-makers, and mission teams.
Present clear, concise, and actionable intelligence findings that support ongoing operations and strategic planning.Data Integration:
Integrate and synthesize information from various intelligence disciplines such as HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and others.
Provide well-rounded and comprehensive assessments of complex situations.Collaboration:
Work closely with interagency partners, military personnel, and other intelligence community members to ensure the timely exchange of critical information.
Collaborate with other analysts to validate and refine intelligence products.Reporting and Presentation:
Prepare written and verbal intelligence reports for senior-level decision-making.
Present findings in briefings and meetings, ensuring clarity and strategic relevance to mission objectives.Research & Development:
Stay current on emerging threats, technologies, and global political events.
Conduct research to support the development of new intelligence capabilities or enhance existing methodologies.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Political Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3- 5 years of experience in intelligence analysis or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize large volumes of data from various sources.
- Familiarity with intelligence tools, databases, and software (e.g., ArcGIS, Palantir, Analyst’s Notebook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and succinctly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
- TS/SCI clearance required
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a related field or additional certifications in intelligence analysis.
- Experience working with a variety of intelligence disciplines (e.g., HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT).
- Knowledge of geopolitical, economic, or military developments relevant to the organization's mission.
- Previous experience supporting government, defense, or national security operations.
