Are you looking to start a career in precision manufacturing? We’re hiring a Drill/Well Trainee to join our team! This is a hands-on, entry-level role where you'll receive on-the-job training to learn CNC drilling and machining processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in drilling and machining operations alongside experienced machinists
- Learn to set up and operate drill presses, CNC drilling machines, and well-type milling machines
- Handle and maintain cutting tools, drills, and workpieces
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Support machine maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues
What We’re Looking For:
Strong mechanical aptitude – Comfortable working with machines and tools
Attention to detail – Precision is key in CNC machining
Willingness to learn – No prior machining experience required; training provided
Ability to follow instructions and interpret technical documents
Physical stamina – Ability to stand for long hours and lift materials as needed
