What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Electronic Quality Auditor position at JMAX Properties LLC?
Our growing Aerospace and Defense team is looking for a Quality Inspector Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise inspection of incoming materials, sub-assemblies, and finished products.
- Communicate and ensure adherence to quality requirements and standards.
- Manage team schedules, assignments, and resource allocation to meet inspection priorities.
- Recruit, train, and assess inspection team performance.
- Ensure timely execution of inspection activities aligned with production schedules and quality goals.
- Maintain organized inspection and quarantine areas with accurate documentation.
- Improve inspection processes to enhance efficiency and consistency while ensuring proper documentation.
- Analyze inspection data to identify root causes and drive defect reduction initiatives.
- Implement and monitor metrics to evaluate and address process performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED (AS/BS in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred).
- 10 years of quality inspection experience in electrical, mechanical, or electro-mechanical inspection (military/aerospace experience a plus).
- 5 years of supervisory experience managing teams of 5-10 people.
Skills:
- Proficient in interpreting engineering prints and quality standards.
- Knowledge of ISO-9001 (AS9100 preferred) and ESD S20.20 standards.
- IPC Certifications (J-STD 001, IPC-610, IPC-620) and experience in regulated industries (Aerospace/Defense) are a plus.

Pay: $96,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
