Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients' vital signs and overall health status.
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient information accurately using electronic health record systems such as Epic and eClinicalWorks.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans for patients with infectious diseases or other complex health issues.
- Participate in travel nursing assignments as needed to support various healthcare facilities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology and coding practices relevant to nursing documentation.
Experience
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Previous experience in urgent care or acute care settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks is a plus.
- Experience in memory care or infectious disease management is advantageous but not required.
- Strong understanding of vital signs assessment and interpretation is essential.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
