Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics and Ohmmeters.
- Fabricate parts as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
- Weld components when necessary to maintain structural integrity.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues before they become problems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from staff or clients promptly.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and understanding electrical systems.
- Ability to fabricate parts and perform welding tasks as needed.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their operation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
