Learning Coordinator

The Learning Coordinator will support the coordination of commercial learning activities, working closely with field and home office stakeholders across Psychiatry, Addiction, Market Access, and Leadership Development. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new hire training experience, including initial contact, materials distribution, and ongoing communication.
- Coordinate training programs, overseeing scheduling, logistics, and execution of sessions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, ensuring learning initiatives align with department goals.
- Provide participant and instructor support, addressing issues or concerns during training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, with 3-5 years of experience in educational program coordination or training.
