He's got vision, drive, and more ideas than time. What he needs is a trusted right hand — someone who thrives on action, brings order to chaos, and can turn strategy into reality across multiple companies and teams.
About the Role:
This isn’t your average assistant job. You’re the integrator — the person who turns vision into execution. You’ll work directly with the CEO to ensure projects, people, and priorities are aligned and moving forward. You’ll oversee operations, keep key initiatives on track, and step in wherever needed — marketing, hiring, systems, events, or just making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You're here to build structure, not bureaucracy.
Responsibilities:
- Own the CEO’s priorities and make sure everything gets done on time, every time
- Organize meetings, follow up with key stakeholders, and hold others accountable
- Coordinate between multiple teams and businesses (real estate, title, mortgage, podcast, and tech)
- Oversee progress on marketing campaigns, hiring pipelines, business ops, and tech tools (like GoHighLevel, Google Suite, Zapier, etc.)
- Manage special projects and take ideas from whiteboard to execution
- Build SOPs, systems, and workflows that eliminate inefficiencies
- Help with recruiting, onboarding, and team culture
- Keep the CEO’s life sane — act as a second brain and filter for decisions
- Occasionally coordinate podcast guests, events, and brand launches
You Are:
- Obsessively organized, execution-driven, and allergic to excuses
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and switching contexts
- A proactive communicator who follows up and follows through
- Tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Slack, Asana, Google Workspace, HighLevel, CRMs, and automation platforms
- Experienced working with high-level entrepreneurs or CEOs
- A natural problem solver and a "figure it out" type
- Loyal, discreet, and completely trustworthy
- Ideally has experience in real estate, marketing, or executive ops
Bonus Points If You:
- Have run ops or been an EA for a high-growth startup or entrepreneur
- Understand marketing funnels, agent recruiting, and content production
- Know how to wrangle a CRM, fix a broken workflow, or book a last-minute podcast guest
Compensation:
Based on experience, with performance-based bonuses. You'll have a front-row seat to building and scaling multiple companies.
