As a Parking Enforcement Agent, you will have the responsibility of...
- Patrolling designated area on foot, golf cart, or truck to identify vehicles without proper payment or permission
- Issuing citations (tickets) on vehicles in violation of parking rules
- Responding promptly to assist customers, process payments, report incidents, and remove boots
- Conducting lot audits and car counts at designated locations and times
- Utilizing excellent time management, report writing, and communication skills with all personnel
- Monitoring condition of equipment and notify management of malfunctions and repair needs
As a Parking Enforcement Agent, you will need...
- Proficiency with computers and mobile applications
- Ability to bend and lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout shifts
