Position Overview

Embark on a full-time, on-site journey as a Quality Assurance Specialist in Euclid, OH. This integral role demands that you champion the assurance of product quality through intricate design processes, vigorous testing protocols, and thorough data analysis. Developing comprehensive reports, troubleshooting product-quality challenges, and implementing quality control paradigms will be your forte. This position also involves contract and traveler pack reviews, precise Quality Planning—including advanced engineering drawing interpretations—and drafting essential process aid documents.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in Quality Engineering, including Quality Control and Assurance.
• Deep-seated understanding of quality standards, control mechanisms, and management best practices.
• A minimum of three years in blue light testing.
• Advanced analytical and problem-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional communication abilities, both oral and written.
• Inspection and layout experience amounting to five years within manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in CMM programming and operations for at least three years.
• Familiarity with Gage Calibration and Statistical Methods, including Gage R&R.
• Competence in technical writing for process documentation creation.
• Sound experience with ISO9000 frameworks, with AS9100 & Nadcap experience being advantageous.
