We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Distribution Center Operations Manager search in the Denver, Colorado area.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the operational strategy of the distribution center ensuring safety, labor, and. fiscal management of human and physical assets
- Plan for labor, supplies, and equipment based on sales forecasts, inventory availability and customer delivery expectations
- Provide and guidance to the distribution team, foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Responsible for annual budget development and manage P&L
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Experience with strategic leadership in a distribution center, warehouse operation, or similar operation
- Experience with Profit & Loss

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
