What are the responsibilities and job description for the Environment, Health and Safety Manager position at JMI Recruiting Services, LLC?
We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a EH&S Manager search in the Cleveland, OH area.
Responsibilities:
- Will plan and implement safety policies and procedures
- Will be responsible for ensuring compliance to all applicable state and Federal EPA rules and regulations, as well as other federal, state, and local municipalities.
- Will be responsible for 2 locations with 100 employees.
- Will implement programs to train staff on site safety practices, fire prevention, and other potential hazards
- Will lead the investigation of accidents
Requirements:
- Experience in a Safety/EH&S Management role out of manufacturing
- Experience with state and federal rules and regulations
- Experience with safety training
