We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with an Inside Sales search in the Cleveland, OH area.
Responsibilities:
- The Senior Inside Salesperson is responsible for driving sales growth by managing key accounts and leading complex sales negotiations
- Serve as the primary contact for specific regional mid-sized customers.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve higher revenue targets and expand market share
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and implement improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience in a sales or account management role within the printing industry.
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships
- Experience with CRM software
