What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plant Manager position at JMI Recruiting Services, LLC?
We are currently partnered with our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Plant Manager search in the Cleveland, Ohio area.
Responsibilities:
- Will provide overall leadership and direction for all manufacturing and its related functions including quality, materials and manufacturing.
- Will have overall responsibility for the accomplishment of all safety, quality, and financial / business objectives
- Will drive continual improvement activities in the manufacturing and materials functions to streamline production and improve operation
Requirements:
- Experience in a Plant Manager, Manufacturing Manager, or similar role
- Prior experience in equipment/machinery assembly manufacturing processes is preferred
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
