Technical Business Development Manager – Flexographic Printing

We are currently partnered with our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Technical Business Development Manager search in the Cleveland, Ohio area.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential and existing customers through effective networking, market research, and strategic outreach to drive revenue growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the commercialization of innovative printing solutions, ensuring alignment with market demands and capabilities while maximizing profitability.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences, leveraging insights to develop targeted sales strategies for both distributors and end users.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a business development role, complemented by a strong background in flexographic printing technologies and applications.
• Experience with CRM software
• Knowledge of food packaging preferred.
