Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient assembly and testing of 8020 aluminum extrusion structures and valve manifolds . The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical drawings accurately.
Key Responsibilities :
8020 Aluminum Extrusion Assembly : Assemble structures according to schematics, engineering specifications, and mechanical drawings.
Valve Manifold Assembly : Build and test valve manifolds and valve harnesses to ensure proper functionality.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure critical measurements and specifications are met.
Collaborate with the engineering team to interpret and implement design requirements.
Material Handling & Inventory :
Perform 8020 material check-in upon receipt to verify accuracy and completeness of components.
Maintain accurate records of project time tracking and inventory usage.
Production & Efficiency :
Ensure timely and accurate completion of assembly tasks to meet production schedules and deadlines.
Maintain a well-organized workspace to enhance efficiency and workflow.
Assist in urgent shipping or facility-related tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Competencies :
Mechanical Drawing Interpretation : Ability to read and apply technical schematics accurately.

Familiarity with pneumatic valve manifolds and harness assembly is an advantage.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments .
