Your daily job :

- Ensure compliance with EPA regulations and maintain necessary certifications.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents, including cleaning, repairs, and necessary upgrades.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to address maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to safety standards at all times.
- Demonstrate attention to detail in all maintenance tasks.
- Possess reliable transportation for on-site duties.
- Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors.
