Position Title : General Laborer

Location : Tarpon Springs, FL

Pay Rate : $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist with facility setup, cleanup, and maintenance to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
  • Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and workstations.
  • Collaborate with managers and machine operators, providing support with various tasks to keep production running smoothly.

Requirements :

  • Physical Strength : Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Safety Awareness : Follow safety protocols rigorously and maintain a high level of alertness at all times.
  • Coordination and Reflexes : Demonstrate excellent hand-eye coordination, quick reflexes, and unimpaired motor skills.
  • Cognitive Skills : Possess the ability to make sound judgments, manage time effectively, and handle tasks requiring attention to detail and precision.
