About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Aviation Maintenance Instructor to join our team in the greater Salina, KS area. As a key member of our training team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training programs to our students.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation maintenance and a passion for teaching. Previous experience as an instructor or teacher in an FAA Part 147 environment is highly desirable.
- Key Performance Indicators:
- Deliver training programs that meet or exceed established standards
- Evaluate student progress and provide feedback
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aviation maintenance procedures and regulations
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and improve training programs
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an aviation maintenance role
- Previous experience as an instructor or teacher in an FAA Part 147 environment
- FAA Mechanic Certification in both Airframe and Powerplant
