A prominent manufacturer in the food industry is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager in the Gary, Indiana area.
Candidates Must Have :
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent years of work experience.
- 5 or more years of quality leadership experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Extensive food safety quality (FSQA) experience.
- Demonstrated third party audit and regulatory compliance experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Safe Quality Food (SQF), and / or Preventative Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) certification is required for this role.
- Dietary supplement manufacturing experience is a plus.
