• Attention to detail, accuracy in handling data and ensuring information is correct.

• Scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars for QA Manager  

• Communication management following a potential Email Three to distribute information. 

• Document preparation, creating and editing documents such as letters, memos, reports, and presentations. 

• File maintenance, organizing and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems. 

• Office administration, ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and maintaining office space. 

• Meeting support, preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up information. 

• Customer service, interacting with clients and visitors, providing basic information and support. 

• Executive Assistant, provides high-level administrative support to upper management directors or senior executives, including complex scheduling, confidential tasks, and project management. 

• Administrative coordinator manages administrative tasks for a larger team or department, often overseeing other administrative staff, follow through.  

• Virtual Assistant: Provides remote administrative support to clients, managing tasks online.


Potential skills:

• Confidentiality, maintaining discretion when handling sensitive information. 

• Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with various stakeholders. 

• Organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. 

• Computer proficiency, efficient use of Microsoft Office 365 Office Hero or Suite and other relevant software. 

• Time management skills, effective planning and ability to manage workload efficiently.
