Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Starting Pay: $15.00
Shift(s): 1st shift Monday to Friday 6am to 2:30pm – possible OT throughout the week or Saturdays if needed
Requirements & Skills:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is a plus but not required.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job orders.
· Basic understanding of hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in work.
· Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
· Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
· Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 50 lbs).
· Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
Primary Duties Include:
· Assemble products as per blueprints, job orders, and standard operating procedures.
· Utilize hand and power tools properly and safely for assembly tasks.
· Follow quality control guidelines to ensure that all products meet the required specifications.
· Maintain accurate records of materials used, time spent, and completed assemblies.
· Inspect each assembled unit for defects, scrap, or damage and report any issues to the supervisor.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
· Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
· Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
